Happy Valentine's Day! Does anyone have any plans?
DH and I went out for lunch to my favorite coffee shop. I don't remember the last time we did anything on Valentine's Day! LOL!
We also stopped and picked up some take and bake pizza from the local sub shop, and I'll bake those for supper. I also promised DS I'd make chocolate chip cookies. I better get at it! ;-)
Anyway...what is everyone else doing?

BF and I are exchanging presents today, but we're saving going out for Friday. This Friday, we're going to do minigolf and each dinner at one of our favorite restaurants .

My partner surprised me with some beautiful earrings this morning. Unfortunately, I have to work all day, but we got the celebrating in for my partner's birthday on Sunday.
We went to Build a Bear, went out for Italian, and had breakfast at Mickie's Dairy Bar (any Badgers fan will know where that is!).
My students are having a fundraiser where they can have cans of Crush soda delivered to one another.

DH was off all day today so we took the day easy. Last night he brought DD and I each a red rose. He has been doing this since she was two and she loves that her Daddy remembers her on Valentine's Day. Today, We took the kids to DH's parents early this afternoon and headed to Outback Steakhouse to be there when they opened. We got there around 4:15 and found out that they didn't open until 5:00. We went to a local bakery for a few sweet treats and got back to Outback by 4:50. To our surprise--there was a HUGE line waiting for them to open! Luckily we were among the first groups to be seated and we had a wonderful meal. I can't imagine how crowded places would be later tonight. We usually just wait a few days after to go out alone. Tonight we are going to watch a movie.
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!!! [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img] [img]graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
